There is very much truth to this. You can definitely go far Boeing with no morals. This manager named Andy Royce used to come to my cubicle nd rub my hand. I do not reciprocate and incidentally I'm a man. he came up with some excuses with performance plan and dragged on for 6 months. He had a corrupt HR generalist named Timothy McDonald from St Chales Missouri area who would do anything to get ahead. You don't have to know much in order to work for beeurocratic environment at Boeing. You have to literally kiss ass of the mangers. The managers in turn sleep with upper level general managers like Dan Lang from St. Louis or Rick Wong from Kent/Seattle.
