Hey everyone I have seen a lot of posts on this website concerning Boeing and I was hoping someone could help me out and possibly give me some insight on my situation. After attending the Career Fair I was fortunate enough to get an interview the next day for one of the open IT Analyst jobs. I had a S.T.A.R. format interview with two hiring managers and 1 other mAnager that was on the computer through a conference video. They asked me 5 behavioral questions that lasted about 45 minutes to an hour. After It was over they allowed me to ask them questions and then I was told at the latest I would know something in two weeks. 3 days later I received an email saying there was an interest in moving forward with the offer process and to make sure I applied to the job requisition immediately andmore info would follow from HR in two days. I filled out the online app then the next day I was sent an email that said congratulTions i was "under consideration" and to fill out a full online employment application. After I completed the full online application I received an email from HR saying thanks for interviewing with us in Charleston last week and that the group was interested in moving forward to the offer process for the job requisition i interviewed for, and that if I had not already done so to complete the online employment application by 7/8/13 (job closes on 7/9/2013) and to let him know when it was finished. I emailed him back letting him know it was complete and I have not heard anything since then. It has been a week and a half and I have not received an offer letter or recieved any contact from anyone. On the boeing site it still says "under consideration". Do you think I should be worried??
